Take a peek at the following itinerary and whet your appetite for discovery. Day 1 - Arrive Rio de Janeiro
Arrive in one of the world’s most spectacular cities, Rio de Janeiro. Be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Make your way to Corcovado, famous for the Christ the Redeemer statue. Travel to the platform at its peak for stunning views over downtown Rio, Sugarloaf Mountain and Copacabana Beach. At sunset, ride a cable car to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain. Venture into Tijuca Forest, the world’s largest urban rainforest.

Day 4 - Salvador
Fly to Salvador and experience the African influence in its music and dance as you are welcomed by a group of Capoeira artists. Attend the Folkloric Ballet of Bahia at the intimate Miguel Santana Theatre. On a city tour, notice the Portuguese heritage displayed in its historic buildings and see the Catholic legacy in its cathedrals. Visit the Didá female drum school and take a swim in the warm waters of Guarajuba Beach before heading to the fishing village of Praia do Forte.

Day 7 - Iguassu Falls
Board your flight to Iguassu Falls, an impressive system of waterfalls that straddles the border of Argentina and Brazil. Walk through the World Heritage-listed Iguassu National Park, then step aboard a boat ride safari and take in the breathtaking spectacle from beneath the thundering cascades. Ride the Rainforest Ecological Train to a series of walkways and viewing points. Visit Parque das Aves Bird Park.

Day 10 - Buenos Aires
Fly to Buenos Aires and transfer to your hotel in the fashionable Recoleta barrio (district). Tour Buenos Aires and explore the barrio of La Boca and see La Recoleta Cemetery. Visit the iconic Café Tortoni, a literati coffeehouse established in 1858. Enjoy dinner and a tango show. Travel to the island town of Tigre where you will enjoy a cruise through the waterways.
